Each meal is your meal. That late night, after practice stop to Taco Bell is all well and good, but the feeling of knowing it’s not the best thing to eat probably isn’t. Stop force-feeding yourself mediocre burritos -- you deserve better. Instead of handing you a diet to follow, I’ll teach you how to eat like an athlete. No more bonking at practice or sitting up worrying about how to fuel for your game tomorrow.
You can still be a normal person. As normal as you already are, anyway… Roller derby takes over your life to a small (BIG) degree. Do you really have time to pile training on top of that? Your training can fit your life and your practice schedule. We can work together to create a plan that gives you plenty of time to see improvement as a skater AND to do volunteer hours, go to open skate, or sit in front of Netflix binge watching episodes of Archer. You really can train, go to practice, and DO OTHER THINGS.
Each month, you’ll be given a training program based on our assessment and the previous month’s progress. Your bi-weekly nutrition challenges will change depending on where you are relative to your goals. With e-mail support, we’ll be able to make the necessary adjustments, speed your progress along, and keep you feeling motivated.
